Wesley starts laughing as well, and oh, that's not helping- he feels like he's about to choke, but he can't help but laugh along at how ridiculous the entire affair was, hand over his mouth to keep from coughing.

Finally, he manages to stop laughing long enough to properly clear his throat and speak.

"Sorry. Sorry."

He takes a deep breath.

"I have actually had worse, but only barely." He coughs again. "The only drink is tap water, I suppose?"
