"He should be dead," he clarifies. Though the way he says it doesn't necessarily mean that he wants Anakin to be dead. There's actually a bit of remorse there.

At her questions though, he sighs softly, knowing he doesn't have good news for her.

"He's the most powerful among my kind." Which is to say among the Jedi, though its easier to say it that way than having to delve into what that meant.
