The Scent of Lavender
Who: Obi-Wan Kenobi & You
What: Obi-Wan got a reward! With a very distinct smell.
When: Day 17
Where: Residential Area
Warnings: None atm.
The whole testing experience had been rather trying, and it wasn't just the test either. Anakin was getting more difficult to deal with, and his presence only seemed to make it worse. Despite the Sith Lord being sent to... wherever it was he want, his demeanor had not improved in the slightest.
Obi-Wan knew he was the main target of Anakin's rage, and someone else had gotten hurt trying to help him.
Thus after the testing was done, the Jedi decided to hole himself away in his room again. The man rarely being seen for a week aside for coming out to eat or use the fresher. And that was typically done when he knew Anakin, and probably most everyone else, was asleep. He spent the time in his room meditating for the most part. Rarely even logging into the network.
However, around the 15th or so, some might catch a whiff of a different smell. One that some might recognize as lavender.
Obi-Wan had discovered he's been gifted with a host of cleaning supplies, for personal hygiene and otherwise. He decided to first try some of the personal items. Thus there would be hints of lavender lingering in the men's bathroom due to the Jedi's late night excursions. Using the lavender shampoo, soap, even toothpaste.
However, on the 17th he will be seen in the common areas again at a decent hour. Though before he's seen, anyone coming into the room he's in will be hit with a wall of lavender odor that is exceptionally strong. Yep, he's back to cleaning, and using lavender scented products. Wiping down surfaces with cleaning solution, the bleach if its especially nasty, and so forth. It's really handy having these, but it seems there is a price to pay in one's nose being assaulted.

"You're not going into my room!"
This might be a rather childish reaction, but also a surprisingly genuine one, all things considered.
"There's enough for you to clean here." He says this as he steps forward some more and gestures around, just maybe being a little protective about his little private space.

He just keeps going, eventually stopping in front of Anakin’s door. Naturally, he can’t get in there, so he settles for cleaning the door itself instead. Excuse him as he starts wiping the grime from the metal surface. Leaving behind that strong lavender scent as well.

"Obi-Wan! It will smell like you do!" he complains loudly and steps closer, yet pauses once he gets hit by the strong scent.
"Where did you find that terrible stuff anyway?" Just so he can make sure to destroy it all.
no subject
“Is that bad?”
The Jedi says this innocently while continuing to scrub the door.
“You can thank LACUNA for this thoughtful gift.”
no subject
Crossing his arms and taking a step back, he grimaces "Next thing she gives you should be an apron. Since you're so willing to play housemaid for her."
Of course the Jedi would turn himself into a willing slave. Should Anakin be surprised?

“I don’t think a computer can benefit from a clean living environment. Just us.”
He then took his spray bottle and squired more of the cleaner on the door, making the smell even more pungent.
“If I’m a slave then so is everyone else here. They’ve all been quite helpful. All except you that is.”
no subject
"Why should I be helpful to those who keep me here?" Anakin says "Unlike you, I want to get out of here, not get comfortable."
no subject
Obviously he hadn’t as he was still here.
“I want to leave just as much as you, but what have I taught you about patience? It’s not a matter of helping them, it’s helping each other. Until we find a way, we have to live here.”
And he saw no point in just twiddling there thumbs and allowing themselves to be totally miserable.
no subject
"And making everything stink is your idea of helping each other." he says stubbornly, unwilling to give any ground to the other man.
The next thing Anakin did was turning away with one simple announcement "I'm leaving you alone to help, then."
no subject
"Very well," he says agreeably. Not minding at all if Anakin would rather leave him alone. That was what he was hoping he would do anyway. Certainly beats a fight or having crumbs thrown all over your newly cleaned floor and down your clothes.
